This Summer, I am a part of my first public art exhibit. I had the opportunity to paint two Beasties for the Zoological Society's Beastie Safari, a fundraiser to help raise money for the zoo. 42 Beasties, all painted by local artists, are on display at the zoo and around the county. One of the Beasties, sponsored b y myPro Realty is on display at the zoo and the other, sponsored by Delind Gallery, is displayed downtown in front of the gallery. I feel so lucky and blessed to have been given this opportunity.
I even had the opportunity to be a part of a photo shoot for a MKE Lifestyles magazine article about the Beasties' return to the area.
